Portland is Victoria's oldest town and lain in the southwest. There are some good surfing spots at Bridgewater Bay and you can visit the "Powerhouse Car Museum" and the "Maritime Discovery Centre". A night in a dorm offers the "Portland Backpackers" for A$ 15.
