Renmark

Renmark is 254 km from Adelaide and just across from the NSW border. It is the first major river town, which doesn’t have the friendliness of nearby Loxton and Barmera and social drinking can start early on the riverfront.

The name Renmark is coming from the Aborigines and means “red mud”. The economical basis here is wine, fruits and vegetables.
